Why KM projects get abandoned and why shouldn’t they?
There is my new article titled Menedžment znanja – zakaj toliko propadlih poskusov? published on e-revir portal. The article is in Slovene and it deals – on very practical level – with KM implementation issues. After explaining the reasons why KM practices are seen as crucial antecedents for thriving innovation, the article discusses how to avoid pitfalls and successfully adopt this process innovation that would – in turn – foster the future innovation.
